CARE TEAM LEADERSHIP TRAINING CONFERENCE

- A Care Team is a group of six or more volunteers who offer practical, emotional, and spiritual support to persons with health care concerns or other special needs. Care Teams can be used to build extended family or community for persons with special needs, and activities may include transportation to the grocery store or doctor, household chores, errands, meals, or social outings. Hospital and Healthcare System will offer a Care Team Leadership Training Conference on Saturday, December 2 from 8 am - 5 pm at Hospital Wegmiller Auditorium.

Hospital POSITIVE LINK, The Community AIDS Action Group of Southern , Owen County Ministerial Association, and Spencer United Methodist Church sponsor this event.

The fee is $35, which includes a continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and a guidebook of over 150 pages.
